A community for the creators of a new culture; one that honors the free human being's right to be authentic and unique, exactly as they were born to be. Built on a genuine desire to do good for creation, generating a unified human flow that enables value-driven growth within a safe space.
Our values are rooted in a love of people, an acceptance of difference, and the understanding that every person can play a meaningful role in another's life. The goal is a space where every person sheds the old shell, and connects to a new world that celebrates what makes them singular. Only from that place will they feel valued, fulfilled, and able to contribute to themselves and to the community.

An entrepreneur, cultural brand architect, and creative strategist.
In 2005, she founded a branding, strategy, and public relations studio that has worked with some of the most influential lifestyle, fashion, and beauty brands in Israel and internationally.
Driven by the belief that authentic branding begins from within, she developed a unique methodology that helps individuals and organizations discover their core identity and translate it into visual language, narrative, and cultural presence.
For over two decades, Romano has led brand-building processes that connect strategy, culture, and storytelling; shaping how brands communicate, appear, and live in the world. Her work moves beyond traditional marketing, focusing on identity as the foundation of powerful brands.
She is also the founder of PEOPLE — a creative community and cultural platform that connects creators, entrepreneurs, and thinkers, building new bridges between identity, culture, and opportunity.
